1. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. Across our sites, that happens in two ways:
- Direct contact. If you email or call us using the addresses on our sites, we receive whatever you include in that message or call — typically your name, contact details, organization, and the nature of your enquiry.
- Enquiry forms. Our B-School page includes an institutional enquiry form asking for Institution Name, City, Department, Approximate Student Count, Preferred Format, Contact Name, Phone and Email. Submitting this form opens your own email application with these details pre-filled, addressed to our team — the form sends the message through your email client, not through a server or database we operate. We never see or store this information until you actually send that email.
We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of our own anywhere on these sites.
2. How we use it
We use the information you share only to respond to your enquiry, discuss programs or partnerships, and follow up where relevant. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
3. Third-party services on this site
To display and style our pages, some of our sites load resources from third-party services:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) — used to load our typefaces. Loading a font may share your device's IP address with Google, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Tailwind CSS (cdn.tailwindcss.com) — a static styling script used on some pathway pages. It does not collect personal information.
We do not embed any analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking scripts on these sites.
4. Sharing of information
We do not share the information you send us with third parties, except where necessary to respond to your enquiry (for example, connecting you with the right person on our industry faculty and advisory team) or where required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep enquiry-related information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if relevant, to deliver a program or partnership you've engaged with. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see "Your rights" below.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information you've shared with us, by emailing bdm@ezewag.in. We will respond to reasonable requests promptly.
7. Children's privacy
Our sites are intended for founders, business owners, students, and institutional contacts, and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Links to other sites
Our pages link to our own pathway sites (on their respective subdomains of bbaglobal.in) as well as, occasionally, external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don't operate — please review their own policies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our sites or practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
10. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India.
